How I Work

The Four Pillars of Personal Wellness

Pillar 1: Inner Critic to Inner Coach

“Parts” Inspired Coaching (IFS = Internal Family System / “No Bad Parts” Book by Richard C. Schwartz)

That inner critic isn’t the enemy... it’s a protective part that learned its role for a reason.

Together, we identify inner critic patterns and understand what they’re protecting. We build an integrated inner coaching voice that supports growth instead of fear by using tools such as Integrative Tapping, mirror work, reflective dialogue and journaling. The goal isn’t to eliminate parts of you, it’s to integrate them.

Pillar 2:  Somatic Practices

Regulation happens through sensation

Somatic practices, like tapping, focus on present-moment bodily cues through sensation, movement, and breath.  It supports the nervous system and allows your body to become part of the conversation, not something to manage or ignore.

This work supports you in recognizing stress, safety, and emotional signals. Understanding patterns like shutdown, tension, or overactivation and learning how to respond to your body instead of overriding it.

Pillar 3: Chakra Education & Energy Awareness

Learning the language of your energy

Chakra education helps you gain energetic intelligence and literacy by helping you recognize where you naturally expand, protect, or conserve energy. It offers insight into capacity, boundaries, and sustainability.

Chakra education helps you understand where energy flows freely and where it feels depleted, guarded, or overstimulated. How emotional and physical patterns show up energetically.

This isn’t about “fixing” your energy, it’s about listening to it.

*This can also include distant gentle energy work to support balance and clarity

Pillar 4: Meditation & Sound Healing

Integration happens in stillness, too

Some things don’t integrate through words.

I create guided meditations and sound healing videos

These offerings can support your nervous system, assist in emotional processing, as well as grounding, reflection and integration.

This is where insight settles into the body.
