Reiki Circles

What It Is

Reiki Circles are intimate, small-group energy healing experiences limited to 3–4 participants to ensure personalized care and spaciousness. We begin together in a shared circle to ground, connect, and set individual intentions.

After intentions are set, each participant receives their own Reiki session outside of the group circle, allowing the energy work to fully support their unique physical, emotional, or energetic needs.

What to Expect

  • Opening circle for grounding and intention-setting

  • Explanation of the Reiki process and what to expect

  • Individual Reiki sessions in a private or semi-private setting

  • Gentle integration time after your session

  • A calm, respectful, and supportive group container throughout

While sessions are held within a shared experience, the Reiki work itself is focused entirely on you as an individual.

Who It’s For

Reiki Circles are for:

  • Those seeking deep relaxation and energetic balance

  • Individuals who want personalized Reiki without a large group setting

  • People navigating stress, emotional heaviness, or life transitions

  • Anyone curious about Reiki in a supportive, guided environment

No prior experience with Reiki is necessary.

What to expect

  • Sound healing for rest and integration

  • A closing period of stillness

  • Deep relaxation without effort

Who it’s for
Those who want to release and then fully settle, without rushing the process.

Mindful Meetups

What it is
Short-form, accessible gatherings designed to help you pause, breathe, and reset. Perfect for busy or overwhelmed schedules.

These sessions are intentionally simple and supportive offering space to breathe, notice, and gently come back into the present moment.

  • Optional reflection or sharing (always low-pressure)

  • Sessions are typically shorter in length and designed to feel like a reset, not a commitment.

Each session may focus on a different theme, such as:

  • Breath Awareness - Noticing how your breath changes with stress vs calm

  • Body Check-Ins - Scanning for tension and practicing soft release

  • Present Moment Anchoring - Using senses (sight, sound, touch) to come back to now

  • Thought Observation - Learning how to notice thoughts without getting pulled into them

  • Micro-Regulation Tools - Simple practices you can use during your day (work, home, transitions)

  • Mindful Transitions - How to shift from one part of your day to another with intention
