"You've Got I.T." - Integrative Tapping and What It Is

Integrative Tapping (I.T.) is a form of tapping that I have created and adopted into my coaching practice. It is a comprehensive, whole-system tapping modality designed to integrate the body’s meridian network, organ–emotion systems, and inherent energetic patterns into a state of internal coherence. I.T. is practiced as a structured, intentional sequence that activates all major meridians and organ systems through three distinct energetic rounds, each corresponding to fundamental qualities of initiation, adaptation, and stabilization within the human system.
Unlike traditional EFT, Integrative Tapping is not emotion-trigger dependent and is not designed solely for relief during moments of distress. Instead, I.T. functions as a proactive integration ritual, supporting whole-body communication, nervous system regulation, and embodied self-coherence.
The modality recognizes that fragmentation occurs when internal systems, physical, emotional, energetic, and mental, are operating out of sync. Through sequential activation of meridian points aligned with the energetic principles of initiation, adaptation, and stabilization.
IT restores internal collaboration and reestablishes the natural sense of grounded presence often referred to as the “IT factor.”
My Approach with Using I.T.
One of the ways Integrative Tapping is especially supportive is in transforming the inner critic into an inner coach. The inner critic isn’t a flaw, it’s often a protective response that developed when your system needed structure, safety, or control. Over time, though, it can become rigid, loud, or draining.
Integrative Tapping works with this pattern by addressing the whole system rather than trying to silence the critic. Through the sequence, we activate areas related to drive and direction, support adaptability and emotional processing, and then stabilize the system so it feels safe enough to soften.
As your nervous system becomes more regulated, the energy behind the inner critic naturally shifts. What once showed up as harsh judgment often reorganizes into discernment, self-guidance, and encouragement, the qualities of an inner coach.
Instead of forcing positive thinking, Integrative Tapping helps your body feel supported enough to change how it talks to itself.
